You hit it right on. The Cash Gifting business for the most part operate without any products which in my mind should cause the alarm bells to sound. One has to ask just what are you getting in return for your hard earned money? As far as I can see, Zilch, Nada, Nothing! Now, I don’t have a legal background, but I would think from a legal perspective, the courts would likely see this as just another money game and would likely invoke the statues for you to prove that this is not just another form of a Ponzi scheme where innocent people are left holding an empty bag. Just my 2 cents worth.

Right on Cedrick. I can’t believe people fall for this. A lot of these companies will do a legit cash gift a few times and lure you in. It’s exactly how Bernie Madoff did it. Thats a ponzi scheme through and through.
